www.thereadingsnug.live is an Irish-owned, fully independent bookshop based in Templemore, Co. Tipperary.

Founded in 2013 by Donal Condren, we have grown from a small independent business into a thriving family-run company. Today, our dedicated team works together to provide an extensive range of quality books and exceptional service to readers across Ireland and beyond.

We specialise in high-quality second-hand books, sourced from charity organisations throughout Ireland. By buying in used books and keeping them in circulation, we support the circular economy and help every book find a new reader. With a catalogue of over 250,000 books, we offer one of Ireland’s largest selections of pre-owned titles. Alongside our second-hand collection, we stock new books, vintage and antiquarian books, as well as sets and collections. We also provide wholesale services for customers and businesses.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Through our Rehome & Recycle scheme, we help give books a second life, reducing waste while making affordable reading accessible to everyone. With prices starting from just €2.50, we offer great value and believe great books should be available to every reader.

Our move to a new warehouse in March 2025 was an exciting milestone. It enabled us to open TheBookTemple, our welcoming bookshop at the front of the warehouse, where customers can browse our shelves, collect online orders, or rehome books they no longer need.

We ship orders across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK and internationally via An Post. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday with tracked delivery.
