The Full 6 volme set of Winston Churchill's history of the Second World War - originally published in 1948-54 , these are later ( uniform) reprint editions from the aptly named Reprint Society in smaller format hardcovers, as issued without jackets. 1951-56. Edgewear to covers, uneven sunfade / darkening to covers, but all spines tight, internally unmarked apart from small period owner's name. Written by Churchill as near contemporary history, these were hugely successful.
